Only 400 registered

There are only 20 days left for the last date of registration for the project, but only 400 projects have been registered in entire Maharashtra. Although there are more than 10,000 builders in the state. The number of registered property agents has increased to 3500.

By giving an opportunity to correct mistakes, builders will definitely get relief.

• Mumbai: Even though the date of registration in the Real Estate Regulatory Act (RERA) is not being extended, But according to the Rara officials, builders will get an opportunity to overcome mistakes in registration. The builder could not make any changes in the project plan after submitting it for registration. But now Rare Builders will have the opportunity to make changes even after submissions.
