PROJECT MANAGER

Experience: 10-12 yrs,

Job Description:

  1. Planning & Execution and coordinating with structural designers, Consultants and Architect.
  2. Project monitoring, scheduling and preparing of periodic reports (progress, cost etc.)
  3. Quality control of works-Material control.
  4. Implement various construction methods required for execution of works
  5. Monitor progress and performance, identify potential problems and develop remedies.
  6. Preparing daily reports, weekly progress report etc.
  7. To verify the bill of quantities and recommend for approval of invoices.
  8. Keep in close contact with subcontractors for all constructional activities.
  9. Preparing Requisition for material required from Purchase Department.
  10. To check & verify R.A. Bills of contractors & Issue certificates for bill processing by A/C Department as per clause of contract & billing schedule.
  11. Taking handover from contractors, the work completed by them as per the check list format.
  12. Preparing material reconciliation, whatever material issued by NBL.

Job Description:

  1. Marketing payment & Admin Bills
    a. To receive and check invoices/bills of contracts with their related contracts, certificates & other supporting documents
    b. To check the availability of funds in related Bank Account for payment and take appropriate action
    c. To prepare bill checking as per specific format with supporting attached
    d. To prepare cheque from specified Bank Account for payment post approval
    e. To get the cheque signed by authorized signatory through proper procedure
  2. Advance Follow up
    a.To follow up for the invoice & other documents for advances given
  3. Bank Reconciliation checking
    a.To review the Bank reconciliation prepared by other accountants
    b.To take adequate steps for uncleared cheques
  4. Coordination
    a. To coordinate with other depts. contractors for other clarifications , missing details documents etc
  5. TDS work
    a.To prepare & update the TDS working sheet for every TDS entry
    b. To import the data in e-TDS software & prepare monthly bills
    c. To generate the TDS challan for the division-wise payment category-wise remittance of TDS
    d.To file the vouchers & documents as per standard filling system
  6. Petty cash payment
    a. Issuing petty cash expenses to all staffs on every Saturday as per approved chart
  7. Misc
    a. Monthly process of salary
    b. Monthly process of ESIC and PF
    c. To prepare & update the TDS working sheet for every TDS entry
