1. Prepare accurate architectural and building proposal drawings in compliance with applicable statutory regulations, including DCPR 2034 and other relevant development control and building codes.
2. Support the liaison process by preparing and updating drawings required for submissions to government authorities and utility agencies such as BMC/MCGM, MMRDA, and other statutory bodies for obtaining approvals, NOCs, CCs, and Occupation Certificates (OCs).
3. Ensure all drawings comply with permissible FSI/FAR norms, fire safety regulations, approval conditions, and other statutory requirements while maintaining up-to-date records and drawing revisions.
4. Maintain organized documentation of drawings, approvals, revisions, and statutory submissions, ensuring proper version control and easy retrieval of project records.
5. Assist in resolving technical drawing-related queries during the approval and construction stages by coordinating with the Design, Project, and Liaison teams.
