Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineeering, Post Graduate Qualification in Materials Management OR Supply Chain Management shall be preferable

1. Lead the overall Contracts & Procurement function by developing & managing vendors
2. Drive procurement activities, including vendor identification and development, negotiations, strategic sourcing, purchase planning, and timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
3. Oversee the complete contracting lifecycle, including preparation and evaluation of RFQs, EOIs, tenders, bidding processes, contract negotiations, award of contracts, and contract administration while ensuring transparency and commercial prudence.
4. Monitor procurement budgets, spending patterns, and cost performance through periodic MIS, spend analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support informed management decisions.
5. Collaborate closely with Project, Design, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement and contract execution aligned with project timelines and organizational objectives.
