1. Lead the review, preparation, and finalization of architectural design drawings, including Good for Construction (GFC), Working Drawings, Municipal Submission Drawings, Fire, MEP, Plumbing, and Landscape Drawings, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
2. Coordinate with Architects, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Fire, Liaison, and other consultants, as well as internal Project, Contracts, Procurement, and Marketing teams, to ensure seamless design integration and timely project execution.
3. Oversee design development, technical detailing, material selection, and value engineering initiatives to optimize functionality, aesthetics, constructability, and project costs.
4. Collaborate with the Marketing Department in the preparation and review of project brochures, master plans, unit layouts, and other marketing collateral to ensure technical accuracy and consistency with approved designs.
5. Prepare and present periodic MIS reports, design progress updates to the Management for effective project monitoring and decision-making.
